Your donations are tax deductible, so please make sure when you make a donation to ask for a “Donation” form.
We are pleased to accept donations in good, workable and saleable condition. Among the many items donated are:
- Men, women, children, toddler, and infant clothing
- Bedspreads, quilts, linens, tablecloths, rugs, and carpet rolls
- Shoes, purses, belts etc.
- Furniture: sofas, chairs, tables of all kinds, dinettes, dining room furniture, computer desks, bedroom furniture, lamps etc. Please make sure furniture is not stained or broken
- Large Appliances: Clean & Working Order - stoves, refrigerators
- Small Appliances:: Clean & Working Order - Radios, exercise equipment, portable TVs.
- Toys and video games that are not damaged and in working order, bikes, sporting equipment
- Books- unmarked and in good condition. Movies rated G, and PG
- Household items of all kinds including dishes, glasses, vases, flower arrangements, wreaths etc.
- Jewelry of all kinds
- Collectables including dolls
- Outdoor lawn/maintenance equipment in good working order
We do not accept:
- Computer Monitors
- Broken, damaged or badly stained furniture
- TV consoles
- Appliances that are not cleaned or in working order
- Waterbeds

How to make a donation:
- Both the Sterling Heights and the Waterford locations have warehouses directly attached to the back of each store. Donated items of all kinds can be dropped off Monday thru Saturday directly at our warehouses between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
- Clothing items can be dropped off at Grace Centers of Hope in Pontiac between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.
- We have trucks available to pick up your donations. To schedule a pick up, please call 586-997-9942 between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM. So that we can accommodate all those who so generously donate items to the store. If possible we would like to know at least 10 - 14 days in advance to schedule your pick-up. Due to the high cost of trash removal, please be aware that our drivers may refuse donations of furniture/appliances if they are not in saleable condition.
